Rainbow Valley

In L.M. Montgomery's Rainbow Valley, we return to the charming town of Glen St. Mary on Prince Edward Island, where the Blythe family has settled. The focus shifts to the adventures of the Blythe children and their interactions with the new minister’s mischievous children. Led by their eldest, Jem, the children form the "Good-Conduct Club" and embark on a series of escapades, all while navigating the trials and tribulations of growing up in a small community.
As a beloved installment in Montgomery's Anne of Green Gables series, Rainbow Valley continues to captivate readers with its timeless charm and endearing characters. Montgomery's portrayal of childhood innocence and the power of imagination resonates with readers of all ages, reminding us of the magic and wonder that can be found in the simple pleasures of life.

L. M. MONTGOMERY [1874-1942] was a Canadian author. She grew up with her grandparents in Cavendish and began writing at an early age. In 1908, her debut novel, Anne of Green Gables, was published, marking the first installment in what would become one of the most beloved children’s and young adult book series ever. The book has been translated into around 36 languages and sold over 50 million copies.
